1 Bedroom ( King Size Bed), 1 bath , queen size futon couch in living room.

Amenities:

Cable TV, VHS, DVD, High Speed Internet-Access,  Radio/CD Player, gas fireplace.
Fully equipped kitchen with electric ceramic top stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all dishes, pots and pans and utensils.   Washer  & Dryer coming soon..  please inquire.

Complimentary:

For stays of 2 nights or more we will be happy to provide some complimentary breakfast fixings ( our gift to you) .  Breakfast fixings may include coffee, tea, hot chocolate, pancake mix, syrup, bread / bagels, eggs, butter / jam, juice, etc.  ( exact items may vary depending on local availability). 
There are always fresh tropical flowers in the house for your enjoyment and lots of firewood for the fireplace.    

Deposit / Payment:

Credit card # to guarantee reservation, or one night deposit check. Payment is due upon arrival.  We prefer payment by check upon arrival, but you can also pay by Credit Card ( Visa, MC, Amex ),  traveler's check, or cash

Cancellation
Policy:

14 days 
* No Charge / full refund of deposit if cancelled at least two weeks prior to arrival.  If cancelled less than two weeks in advance full payment is due for any days we can not re-book to someone else..       
Reservations for 4 days or more have a 30 day  cancellation period.

Smoking / Pets:

The Paniolo Country Cottage  is a non-smoking vacation home. 
No pets are allowed.
