For stays of 3 nights or more we are happy to
provide you with some complimentary breakfast fixings ( Coffee,
tea, hot chocolate, bread item, eggs, milk, juice, pancake mix, syrup,
butter, jam , fresh fruit) *exact items may vary at manager's discretion
and local availability. There are always fresh tropical flowers throughout the house for your
enjoyment. |

| Cancellations: |
No charge if cancelled at
least 14 days in advance for 1-3 night stays, and 30 days in advance for 4-7 night stays. If you cancel short notice you will be responsible for the full amount of
your reservation, however, we will credit you any days we can rebook to
someone else. |
