For stays of 2 nights or more we will be happy to provide some complimentary breakfast fixings ( our gift to you) .  Breakfast fixings may include coffee, tea, hot chocolate, pancake mix, syrup, bread / bagels, eggs, butter / jam, juice, etc.  ( exact items may vary depending on local availability). 
There are always fresh tropical flowers in the house for your enjoyment and lots of firewood for the fireplace.

Credit card # to guarantee reservation, or one night deposit check. Payment is due upon arrival.  We prefer payment by check upon arrival, but you can also pay by Credit Card ( Visa, MC, Amex ),  traveler's check, or cash

* No Charge / full refund of deposit if cancelled at least two weeks prior to arrival.  If cancelled less than two weeks in advance full payment is due for any days we can not re-book to someone else..       
Reservations for 4 days or more have a 30 day  cancellation period.

The Volcano Honeymoon Chalet is a non-smoking vacation home.  No pets are allowed.

What a wonderful, relaxing vacation home.  The Chalet is beautiful and well equipped!  We had a lovely time here - got a lot of rest!  Enjoyed the fireplace & Hot Tub.  WE spent most days exploring Volcano Nat'l Park in search of lava!  We hiked for over 10 hours on the lava fields the other day and saw a spectacular show of glow into the ocean at dusk!  bring lots of water, wear good shoes, etc.  Most importantly have reliable flashlights with you w/ extra batteries.  Yesterday we took a Safari helicopter out of Hilo to see the Volcano from above.  It is spectacular.  We also went out to Akaka Falls.  There is much to do and see here.  I hope well be back someday.  Now we are off to Kona for a couple of days.  Thank you  ( Mahalo) for a great home away from home.  This place is BLISS.  Dave Henson & Lauralee Johans, San Diego, CA

This place is incredible.  Besides being one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed, the amenities are great.  Everything you need to make your home away from home is here.  The surroundings are amazing, with the sounds of nature ever present to keep us company.  Proximity to the Park is great , and after our long days of hiking the hot tub under the trees was the perfect place to relax.  This  "Chalet" will be missed.  Michael & Stephanie, St. Louis, MO
